Jake Maldonado is the Market Leader for Greater Philadelphia at Alliance Partners HP, where he is responsible for leading the firm’s acquisition and leasing activities throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. In this role, Jake focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisitions, as well as overseeing leasing strategy and execution across the firm’s portfolio in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

Jake joined Alliance in 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College in 2013, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. Jake lives in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia.
