Max Ryan oversees all aspects of entitlements, permitting, design, and physical improvements across Alliance's real estate portfolio. He brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction management.  

Throughout his career, Mr. Ryan has secured entitlements for more than four million square feet of development, ranging from the redevelopment of standalone buildings to master-planned business parks exceeding 110 acres. He has managed the design and construction of more than $500 million in base building projects, as well as over $300 million in tenant improvements.  

Prior to joining Alliance in 2012, Mr. Ryan served as Senior Development Manager at Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Towson University.
