Stephanie Hladky is CFO at Alliance Partners overseeing all Accounting, Tax and Administration for the company.  Prior to joining Alliance in 2021, Stephanie began her career in real estate as an Accounting Manager with Media Real Estate until 2002, as the Regional Controller for Campus Apartments until 2021, and as the Controller for Alliance until 2025.  Stephanie has experience in the multi-family, warehouse/industrial, retail, and student housing sectors of the real estate space.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from the University of Phoenix and graduated with honors.
